You did a good job on our wedding day (Dec 6, 2017). Your presentations from church to reception was unexpected, we were amazed coz you exceeded our expectations. 2 stars for that job well done. Nevermind the almost 2 hours late arrival of your host during the reception. BUT … We did not pay for the wedding day ONLY, we paid for the ‘hassle free’ and ‘stress free’ All-in Wedding Package. We want you to know that before the wedding day we had multiple disappointments working with you, and we want you to know that my wife cried the night before the wedding day because of disappointment. No need to mention what are those because we know that you know how poor your service was. Five months after the wedding, we still don’t have the official copy of our prenup and wedding day pictures/video for some reason the photographer you hired did not give you the copy yet. Worst thing was you’re not updating us unless we asked for it. Almost six months was very long enough so we asked for a refund for the photo and video package. I can still remember and will never forget your response to us on our demand for refund. “We cannot give refund, since the whole amount is naa kay Photographer, instead magtinabangay na lang ta pag hunt sa iyaha”, this was your response. My wife and I were shocked of what we read because the reason why we pay you is to work these all for us. We paid the full amount of the wedding package without any problem, and you want us to spend time and money to find the Photographer? It’s your job! We have our own life and we have work. You know our work, awake during night and sleep during day, very stressful. You’re adding stress to our life! After that convo we never heard again anything from you. June 8, 2018 by the help of a freelancer wedding coordinator and her bride, we got our pictures/video from the photographer. We don’t know them but they helped us without asking for anything which is supposed to be your job.
